I did do, by request, a couple of designs for other people based on them liking my clown tag and my party favors van. I didn’t notice much original work, if any. Almost everything was crap on the auction house and most people seemed to design their own stuff rather than buy someone elses.* The theme/songs for sale were almost all just stuff like famous songs and/or themes. I will say, their economy of virtual designers didn’t seem to pan out when the game was live. I can’t imagine them selling the primitives individually. However, creating primitive packs, as well as clothing and car packs and/or pieces makes sense. I wonder if they’ll do something similar to what APB originally was going to do, charge you to manufacture (duplicate) items. For only thirty-eight cents per primitive.
